Hi, this is a whisper from the other side…… that is how it begins with natural empaths, psychics, mediums, and intuitives. I was blessed to come from a long line of gifted ladies, our family line has it going back 5 generations on my fathers’ side of the family tree, and 3 on my mothers’ side. However, generations ago gifted individuals were considered evil at worst and weird at best. So, today I’m still considered a bit weird but, gifted and helpful. I was taught at a very young age on how to utilize my gifts by my grandmom through prayer and hands on healing. She taught us every Sunday after church in a group setting, she made it fun! After that she would give me ideas of how and why these things happened and how you knew specifically what it meant and how to sort the feelings into useful information. People would come from far and wide to see my Grandmom, family, friends, and friends of friends. They would have ice tea and talk, she always gave them sage advice (or so I thought) she was reading them. She prayed more than anyone I knew, she went to church almost 7 days a week. She was the most gifted and Holy person I ever knew even until today.
I pursued my gifts even in high school I started by reading books on metaphysics and auras, all kinds of books I could get my hands on. I was blessed to have a best friend that I met that was a psychic and medium who became my mentor. We went to classes together in Harvard University’s Divinity School, we traveled all over the United States, taking classes with masters of meditation, healing, clairaudience, breathing, energy gifts, Feng Shui, transporting spirits, aromatherapy, Reiki, crossing spirits over, bringing in Angelic light to help spirits, these and many more topics we pursued. In those years the classes weren’t offered as prevalently, we had to find and seek out the master’s and get a class with them, wherever they were. So over the last 35 years, I have studied extensively and have been urged lately to teach what I know.
I personally believe everyone is born gifted from God, it depends on how much you believe in your own abilities and if you want to develop and pursue these gifts. Some families like mine can visibly trace all the generations of gifted people. These types of families have a clear advantage, however, in my family of 7 siblings all were gifted but, to different levels and abilities to read.
So if you exercise your minds muscles you too can learn the basics of metaphysics and becoming more in tuned with your surroundings and the energy that swirls about you. Find what blessings God has left waiting for you too!
